Horizon Tower, LLC was started in early 2004 with the backing of Duff, Ackerman and Goodrich, LLC, a preeminent San Francisco based private equity firm with substantial experience in the telecom industry (please refer to Investors Section).  DAG, LLC – through its private equity and venture funds, manages over a half billion dollars for its selected investors.
